I am the Digital Director of ICoP and a researcher with a focus on advancing person-centred healthcare through innovative research, education, and digital transformation. My work spans curriculum design, psychometrics, and behavioural health science, with a particular commitment to promoting equitable care for individuals and communities who are often underrepresented or marginalised.
In my role as Digital Director, I lead strategic initiatives to strengthen our community’s digital presence and engagement, including the development of resources that support knowledge exchange and collaboration across borders. I also coordinate the annual PCP-ICoP symposium, bringing together international colleagues to share insights, build partnerships, and showcase impactful research and practice.
Being part of the PCP-ICoP community allows me to collaborate with an inspiring, international network of researchers, clinicians, and educators who share a passion for person-centred approaches. Together, we are building the evidence base and practical strategies needed to embed compassion, dignity, and inclusivity at the heart of health and social care.
Having lived and worked across India, the United Kingdom, and Australia, I am particularly interested in exploring how diverse cultural contexts shape person-centred practice, and how global collaboration can help us learn from and with each other to drive meaningful change.
